I have been battling hitting off the hosel for a month now. I watched this video and worked for an hour on the range today, working through each club in the bag. During my round afterwards, not a single shot off the hosel!! I actually enjoyed a round off golf for the first tune in a month. Thank you.

At some point after discovering he did not bring sharp ball striking to the round, I thought he would begin to play the course instead of playing to numbers. Obviously not a binary choice, simply a change in focus. In this round he was both caddy and player. Too much intellectual activity to respond athletically to conditions like the stud he clearly is given his success in Tour events. He was gracious to share his caddy’s process but limited his score from the start. He has earned a new fan!

I just got my MLM two days ago . I’ve been hitting into a net and numbers seem low but I’m still learning how to use it . I took it out on the course to test numbers off the tee and the rapsodo was showing 20 yards less in total difference. Again still learning so I’m not disappointed at this point . My phone did get too hot once which is concerning.

I’d like to watch this, but the dudes mask is just too distracting.

I have an MLM and it appears from the video that you may not have lined the MLM up precisely to the spot from which you are hitting, which may affect launch angle and distance numbers. If I am missing something, my apologies. Either way thanks for sharing.

Ok so this is a game changing video, I have been shanking my chips and been killing my score, only been playing golf for about a year and trying my best to break 100, and just tried a new routine in practice 2 practice swings before the ball, then hit on the 3rd and just been hitting great chips one after the other…will keep this video and will keep this routine in practice and game play, will check in later this week once played my next game. It’s a good effort, but you’re using a Nicklaus Air Bear “Jack” 1 iron, which is a cavity back from around 20 years ago. He was using a much smaller MacGregor blade.

As a young man, I couldn't hit driver worth a damn so I had nothing but irons in my bag. One iron was my driver and I learned to whip the piss out of it. 238 was what I would get out of it against a two club wind. Of course, I was also built like an NFL safety at the time so there's that.
